We believe churches are best led and served by teams, making sure we keep putting God first, and keep focused on our mission to take Jesus to the centre of Worthing. Redeemer is led by Pete Saner, Joel Tostevin, Rodney Haggar and Matt Sellens who together form a directional team. In time we hope to form an eldership team to lead and serve the church. We are also served by a wonderful staff team who give themselves to making the whole thing work. Our current staff team and their roles are listed below.
